Urban Beekeeping
is located in the urban community of Grandview Heights, Ohio. The bees feed from the inner-city flowers, helping to pollinate the area plants. The honey produced is small batch, hand extracted, lightly filtered, unadulterated honey straight from the bees’ home to your home - we hope in a way that the bees would appreciate.

with the BEES' - opportunity
was started in 2020 with the intention of providing a home for pollinators; to help provide pollination services so to speak for inner-city vegetation. Our initial intentions did not include harvesting and selling the bees' honey, but the bees quickly let us know that was not a good idea. Towards the end of that first season half of our bee sisters decided to pack up with a new queen and leave - for brighter pastures -
We've learned (tried anyway) to be better listens for our sisters, live in better harmony with them, and help them live healthier, happier lives. We hope to them to stick around for much longer than before - for years to come if we are fortunate.
